Membership is open to Bahamian citizens or residents with the right to work in The Bahamas. The BCA welcomes contractors, suppliers, developers, and industry professionals.

• Associate Membership ($250/year) – For building suppliers, manufacturers, consultants, project managers, and professionals.
• General Membership ($300/year) – For general contractors, specialty contractors, and subcontractors.
• Prime Membership ($1,000/year) – For contractors with an annual revenue of $5 million or more.
• Developer Membership ($5,000/year) – For developers with an annual revenue of $10 million or more.
